We planned it around one idea: three cities land within a quarter of an hour on Monday morning, and from then on you are one team in one place. The three working mornings are yours to shape, with your own facilitator or ours on request. Tell us what you would like to change, whether the pace, the dinners or the order of the days, and we will adjust.

Twelve people from Munich, Amsterdam and Zurich, one week together on Crete. You land within fifteen minutes of each other on Monday morning and stay at Geolivia Villas, two identical houses on one olive estate above Gournes, fifteen minutes from Heraklion airport, with a 150 m² pool and a tennis court built to ATP guidelines. Three mornings belong to your work, the rest to the island: Heraklion's Venetian harbour with a local guide, a day on a private catamaran to Spinalonga and Kolokytha, a winery in Peza at harvest time, Knossos at opening time, a cooking evening with the chef and a farewell dinner under the olive trees.

Two identical three-level villas on one estate, named after the lovers of Erotokritos, the great 17th-century Cretan verse romance. Each has its own kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor and the master bedroom with walk-in closet above; together they sleep up to 14. Between them lie a 150 m² pool with two double sunbeds set into the water and a professional tennis court built to ATP guidelines. Fourteen original paintings by Kostas Tsolis, seven in each villa, hang in the rooms. The estate covers 7,500 m² with 140 olive trees and looks out to the sea and Mount Psiloritis. For the week, Erotokritos is your plenary room and Aretousa holds the breakouts. Both villas are yours alone for six nights, with early check-in, daily housekeeping, linen and towels, final cleaning and the climate resilience fee.
